目的:研究血塞通注射液对人血红细胞溶血度的影响,为其临床安全应用提供依据。方法:将血塞通注射液(含三七总皂甙100mg)稀释为25mg/ml,16.7mg/ml,及10mg/ml试液,用分光光度法和常规肉眼观察法测定试液所致人血红细胞溶血度。结果:浓度为25mg/ml及16.7mg/ml的试液引起溶血反应,但10mg/ml试液未致溶血反应。结论:血塞通注射液的溶血反应与其浓度有关。因此,血塞通注射应在使用前稀释至适宜的浓度,浓度<10mg/ml的溶液较为安全。
Objective: To study the effect of Xuesaitong injection on hemolysis of human red blood cells and provide evidence for its clinical safety. METHODS: Blood seizure injection (containing total Panax notoginseng 100 mg) was diluted to 25 mg/ml, 16.7 mg/ml, and 10 mg/ml test solution. Spectrophotometric method and conventional visual inspection were used to determine the human blood resulting from the test solution. Red blood cell hemolysis. RESULTS: The test solutions at 25 mg/ml and 16.7 mg/ml caused hemolysis, but 10 mg/ml did not induce hemolysis. Conclusion: The hemolytic reaction of Xuesaitong injection is related to its concentration. Therefore, Xuesaitong injection should be diluted to a suitable concentration before use, and a solution with a concentration of <10 mg/ml is safer.
