【目的】评价几个优良密叶杨(Populus talassicaKom.)×胡杨(Populus euphratica Oliv)杂交种的抗寒能力。【方法】对其一年生休眠枝条进行了低温胁迫试验,采用电导法拟合Logistic方程得出半致死温度(LT50),用恢复生长法进行验证。【结果】8个供试树种中,胡杨的抗寒性最强,6个密叶杨×胡杨杂交种中,胡杂-1和胡杂-2的抗寒性较强,胡杂-35最弱。恢复生长法得到的出芽率排序与半致死温度排序具有一致性。【结论】胡杂-1和胡杂-2具有较好的抗寒性。
【Objective】 To evaluate the cold resistance of several Populus taurica × Populus euphratica Oliv hybrids. 【Method】 The annual dormant branches were subjected to low temperature stress test. The semi-lethal temperature (LT50) was fitted by the Logistic equation by using the conductivity method. The recovery growth method was used to verify the LT50. 【Result】 Populus euphratica had the strongest cold resistance among the eight tested species. Among the six hybrid poplar × Populus euphratica hybrids, weak. The budding rate obtained by the recovery growth method is consistent with that of the semi-lethal temperature. 【Conclusion】 Hu-1 and Hu-2 have better cold resistance.
