目的探讨红景天口服液对亚硝酸钠所致缺氧性损伤的作用。方法SPF级昆明种小鼠连续30d经口给予红景天口服液,末次给样1h后,分别给予致死剂量(200mg/kgBW)和中毒剂量(100mg/kg BW)的亚硝酸钠,测定血中高铁血红蛋白含量,并记录动物存活时间。结果给予致死剂量(200 mg/kg BW)亚硝酸钠后,红景天口服液各剂量组动物存活时间较对照组明显延长,差异具有统计学意义(F=5.611,P<0.05);给予中毒剂量(100 mg/kgBW)的亚硝酸钠后,红景天口服液各剂量组的高铁血红蛋白含量较对照组降低,差异具有统计学意义(F=10.850 P<0.05)。结论红景天口服液可降低亚硝酸钠所致高铁血红蛋白的含量,延长小鼠的生存时间,对亚硝酸纳所致的缺氧性损伤具有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Rhodiola on hypoxia injury induced by sodium nitrite. Methods SPF Kunming mice were orally administered with Rhodiola sacrococcus for 30 days. After the last injection, the mice were given the lethal dose (200mg / kg BW) and the poisoning dose (100mg / kg BW) Methemoglobin content, and record animal survival time. Results After given the lethal dose (200 mg / kg BW) of sodium nitrite, the survival time of each dose group of Rhodiola rosea was significantly longer than that of the control group (F = 5.611, P <0.05) After treatment with sodium nitrite at dose of 100 mg / kg BW, the methemoglobin content of each dose of Rhodiola rosea was lower than that of the control group (F = 10.850 P <0.05). Conclusion Rhodiola oral liquid can reduce the content of methemoglobin induced by sodium nitrite, prolong the survival time of mice and protect the hypoxia induced by nitrite.
