目的　探讨血液净化方法治疗高脂血症的临床效果。方法　通过体外循环将血液进行二重血浆分离滤过 ,消除血浆中低密度脂蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三酯等脂蛋白。结果　高脂血症患者一次血浆分离血脂滤过 ,可使血中除高密度脂蛋白外的脂蛋白平均下降 6 4 8% ,临床症状改善。结论　二重血浆分离滤过清除血脂 ,是快捷、高效、特异性、安全性较好的治疗方法 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of blood purification on hyperlipidemia. Methods The blood was separated by double plasma filtration during cardiopulmonary bypass to eliminate lipoproteins such as low density lipoprotein, cholesterol and triglyceride in plasma. Results In patients with hyperlipidemia, once plasma lipids were separated, the blood lipoproteins except HDL decreased by an average of 64.4%, and the clinical symptoms improved. Conclusions Dual plasma separation and filtration of blood lipids is a fast, efficient, specific and safe treatment
