本文就高速纹影摄影和气缸压力的热力分析法,对使用乙醇作燃料的柴油机的三种燃烧技术的燃烧过程,进行了基本研究。这三种燃烧技术包括:混合燃料、双燃料喷射和电火花辅助点火。在柴油中掺醇由于降低了十六烷值造成着火延迟期变长,但与柴油相比,其碳烟的生成却减少了。在双燃料喷射发动机中,两种燃料的混合方式对燃烧过程影响很大。在电火花辅助点火发动机中,燃烧过程主要受点火时间影响。该发动机的燃烧过程与普通柴油机或汽油机类似,取决于发火时间。依据这些基本研究的结果制成了几台样机。实验表明,该发动机的性能前景良好。
In this paper, the thermal analysis method of high-speed schlieren photography and cylinder pressure is applied to the basic research on the combustion process of three combustion technologies of diesel engine using ethanol as fuel. The three combustion technologies include: hybrid fuel, dual fuel injection and spark-assisted ignition. Doping of diesel in diesel due to reduced cetane caused ignition delay longer, but compared with diesel, the generation of soot is reduced. In dual fuel injection engines, the mixing of the two fuels has a significant effect on the combustion process. In spark assisted ignition engines, the combustion process is mainly affected by the ignition timing. The engine’s combustion process is similar to that of a normal diesel or gasoline engine, depending on the time of ignition. Based on the results of these basic studies, several prototypes were made. Experiments show that the performance of the engine is good.
