在前期研究的15味中草药醇提液抗真菌活性的基础上,利用初步筛选的3种中草药复配液DZM(丁香、紫丹参、迷迭香)、ZHK(紫丹参、厚朴、苦参)、HKM(厚朴、苦参、迷迭香)分别对葡萄、青椒进行贮藏保鲜效果研究。结果表明,3组中草药复配液对葡萄、青椒的贮藏保鲜均具有效果,其中DZM复配液对葡萄、青椒贮藏中防腐保鲜效果均优于其他2组复配液。
Based on the antifungal activities of 15 Chinese herbal extracts in the previous study, three Chinese herbal compound solutions DZM (clove, purple Salvia, rosemary), ZHK (purple Salvia, Magnoliaceae, Sophora flavescens) , HKM (Magnolia officinalis, Sophora flavescens, rosemary) were grapes, green peppers for storage preservation effect. The results showed that the three groups of Chinese herbal medicine compounding liquid had the effect on the storage and preservation of grapes and green peppers, and the preservative preservation effect of DZM mixture on grapes and green peppers were better than the other two groups.
