作者对具有非线性联轴节的某发动机中的扭振系统进行了大量的数值计算和台架试验,结果表明:用逐步积分法计算所得数据与台架试验数据吻合较好;用该方法算出扭振系统频率响应曲线,再对激励进行简谐分析,即可用现行的检验规范进行检验;与线性系统相比,非线性联轴节可使共振频率降低,偏离曲轴工作频段较远,降低各质量振幅和各轴段内应力达一半以上,减少了应力波动幅度,明显地提高运转的平稳性,减振效果十分明显。
