目的研究杜仲籽中主要脂肪酸的积累过程。方法采用气相色谱法对华仲6号杜仲种子发育过程中脂肪酸组分的变化进行了检测分析。结果杜仲种子中脂肪酸主要由棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸和α-亚麻酸5种成分组成,α-亚麻酸含量最高,其次是油酸,含量最低的是硬脂酸。结论种子发育过程中,棕榈酸和油酸在籽粒发育初期含量较高,但随着籽粒的逐渐发育成熟却下降,硬脂酸也随着籽粒的逐渐发育成熟而下降,亚油酸和α-亚麻酸则随着籽粒发育成熟其含量呈上升趋势。
Objective To study the accumulation of major fatty acids in Eucommia ulmoides seeds. Methods Gas chromatography was used to analyze the fatty acid composition of Eucommia ulmoides sinensis seed huazhong 6 during seed development. Results The fatty acids in Eucommia ulmoides seed mainly consisted of palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid and α-linolenic acid. The content of α-linolenic acid was the highest, followed by oleic acid, while the lowest content was stearic acid. Conclusion In the process of seed development, palmitic acid and oleic acid content were higher in the initial stage of grain development, but decreased with the gradual maturation of grain, stearic acid also decreased with the gradual maturation of grain, and linoleic acid and α- The content of linolenic acid increased with the maturation of grain.
