为了开拓传统中药艾的种质资源创新利用新途径和为艾品种形态学上的鉴定提供技术支持,采用ISSR分子标记技术,对22份南方的艾种质资源材料进行ISSR-PCR分析。结果表明:对22份艾品种材料进行ISSR-PCR扩增,共获得326个位点,其中303个是多态性位点。按照22份中药艾品种种质资源的遗传相似性系数构建UPGMA树状聚类图,在遗传相似性系数为0.615时分为5个大类群,遗传多样性较为丰富。
In order to explore new ways of using traditional Chinese medicine AI germplasm resources and provide technical support for the identification of AI varieties, ISSR-PCR analysis was performed on 22 accessions from southern China using ISSR molecular markers. The results showed that 326 loci were obtained from ISSR-PCR amplification of 22 cultivars, of which 303 were polymorphic loci. UPGMA dendrogram was constructed according to the genetic similarity coefficient of 22 germplasm resources of Chinese medicinal materials, divided into 5 groups at the genetic similarity coefficient of 0.615, and the genetic diversity was rich.
