随着本科公安院校的增多和教学环境的变化,传统的《公安决策学》课程在教学理念、教学内容和教学方式逐渐暴露出许多不足之处,如课程定位不明确、教学内容陈旧、教学方法单一、师资结构不合理及教学质量评价缺乏实效等,严重影响了当前我国高层次公安人才的培养。明确课程建设定位、合理编排教学内容、改进教学方法与手段、加强师资队伍建设、提高教学质量评价效果等措施已成为新建本科公安院校加强《公安决策学》课程建设的重要内容。
With the increase of undergraduate public security colleges and the change of teaching environment, the traditional “Public Security Decision-making” curriculum gradually reveals many shortcomings in teaching philosophy, teaching content and teaching methods, such as the unclear orientation of curriculum, obsolete teaching content, teaching A single method, unreasonable teacher structure and lack of effective evaluation of teaching quality have seriously affected the current training of high-level public security personnel in our country. Clearly positioning the course construction, rational arrangement of teaching content, teaching methods and measures to improve, strengthen the construction of teaching staff, improve the quality of teaching evaluation and other measures has become a new undergraduate public security colleges and universities to strengthen “Public Security Decision Science” course building an important part.
