通过静电纺丝技术制备壳聚糖(CS)/尼龙6(PA6)复合纤维膜,然后采用合适的溶剂将PA6溶脱,获得多孔CS纤维膜。SEM表明:CS/PA6复合纤维膜经溶剂(间甲酚与乙醇体积比1∶1)溶脱后,仍保持了纤维的结构。FT-IR结果表明,PA6与CS之间可能存在氢键等相互作用。吸附数据显示:多孔CS纤维膜在pH=3时对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附能力最强,其去除率最大,达到了95.29%。
Chitosan (CS) / nylon 6 (PA6) composite fiber membranes were prepared by electrospinning technique, and then PA6 was stripped with a suitable solvent to obtain porous CS fiber membranes. The SEM showed that the structure of the fiber remained after the CS / PA6 composite membrane was stripped by solvent (m-cresol and ethanol 1: 1 by volume). FT-IR results show that there may be hydrogen bond interaction between PA6 and CS. Adsorption data show that porous CS membrane has the strongest adsorption ability to Cr (Ⅵ) at pH = 3, and the removal rate is the highest, reaching 95.29%.
