利用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板,以醋酸镉和硫代乙酰胺(TAA)为反应前躯体采用微乳液的方法合成了硫化镉纳米晶。用透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X-射线衍射(XRD)技术对硫化镉纳米晶的形貌和结构进行了研究,合成的纳米晶颗粒均匀且分散性良好,直径在15—25nm之间,具有六方纤锌矿晶格结构。纳米晶在430nm波长处出现吸收峰,相对于体相材料有明显的量子限域效应。荧光光谱(PL)的测试结果表明产品在476nm处具有良好的发光性能。
CdS nanocrystals were synthesized by using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as a template and microemulsion using cadmium acetate and thioacetamide (TAA) as precursors. The morphology and structure of CdS nanocrystals were investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The synthesized nanocrystalline particles were well dispersed with a diameter of 15-25 nm. Hexagonal wurtzite lattice structure. Nanocrystals appear at 430nm wavelength absorption peak, relative to the bulk material has obvious quantum confinement effect. Fluorescence spectrum (PL) test results show that the product has good light-emitting properties at 476nm.
