本文报告皮内冻干BCG活菌计数在县、乡、村三级冷链条件下,贮藏菌苗效价监测。活菌数采用WHO(1979)规定的国际通用法检定,结果县级贮苗含菌量741.6万/mg,乡级676.2万～154.8万/mg,村级441.5万～76万/mg,12周PPD阳转率59.6％,卡痕率97.9％;卡痕平均直径8.8mm。可看出三级冷链技术管理方面存在的不足,尤应加强对乡、村级冷链系统管理和监测。
This article reports intradermal freeze-dried BCG viable counts in the county, township and village cold chain conditions, the storage of vaccine potency monitoring. The number of viable bacteria was determined by the international common law as defined by the WHO (1979). Results showed that the bacterial count of seedlings at county level was 7.416 million / mg, that of township level was 7.626-1.548 million / mg, that of village level was 4.41-5.70 million / mg, and that of 12 weeks PPD positive rate of 59.6%, card rate of 97.9%; card marks the average diameter of 8.8mm. It can be seen that there are some deficiencies in the technical management of the tertiary cold chain, especially the management and monitoring of the cold chain system at the township and village levels.
