水泥混凝土路面具有刚度大、强度高、水稳性好、使用寿命长、养护费用低等优点,在高等级公路、市政道路建设中应用较广泛。水泥混凝土路面为刚性路面,行车的舒适性不如沥青混凝土路面,而平整度是影响水泥混凝土路面行车舒适性的最主要的指标。为了提高水泥混凝土路面的平整度,水泥混凝土滑模摊铺技术应运而生。采用水泥混凝土摊铺机施工的水泥混凝土路面,平整度非常好,但是水泥混凝土路面滑模摊铺施工在我国属新型工艺技术,有待逐步完善和发展,而且其设备投资相当大,因此,水泥混凝土滑模摊铺技术还没有广泛应用,在今后相当长的一段时间内,采用中、小型机械仍然是水泥混凝土路面施工的主要方法,但这又难以控制路面的平整度,现谈谈水泥混凝土路面平整度的控制。
