目的分析项目管理模式在围术期Ⅰ类切口抗菌药物管理流程再造中的应用。方法建立医院围术期Ⅰ类切口抗菌药物管理项目组织,确定项目目标,制定项目计划,组织项目实施,并通过各种过程控制措施保障项目结果。结果围术期患者能够安全、有效、合理地使用抗菌药物,且较之前有明显改进,并达到了预期目标;各项管理流程能够按照设计好的模式有效运行,并形成了长效运行机制。结论项目管理模式是医院流程再造、运营模式创新的有效管理模式,值得在医院管理领域中推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application of project management mode in the management of perioperative class Ⅰ incision antimicrobials. Methods Establish a perioperative Ⅰ type incision antibiotic management project organization, determine the project objectives, develop project plans, organize the implementation of the project, and through various process control measures to protect the project results. Results Perioperative patients were able to use antimicrobial drugs safely, effectively and rationally, with significant improvement over the previous period and meeting the expected goals. The management processes effectively operated according to the designed model and formed a long-term operation mechanism. Conclusion The project management model is an effective management model of hospital process reengineering and operation mode innovation, which is worth to be popularized and applied in the field of hospital management.
