探讨了一种Ni-PTFE的非电复合镀工艺;着重讨论了各种工艺条件和热处理对镀层性能的影响,并对经过该工艺处理的钢质试样的抗磨性能进行了实验。实验结果证明,热处理对镀层的硬度和耐磨性有较大影响,温度、pH值、表面活性剂对镀层的组成、性能和表面形貌有着重大影响。
A non-electroless Ni-PTFE composite plating process was discussed. The effects of various process conditions and heat treatment on the coating properties were discussed. The wear resistance of the steel samples treated by this process was also tested. The experimental results show that the heat treatment has a significant impact on the hardness and wear resistance of the coating, and the temperature, pH and surfactant have a significant impact on the composition, properties and surface morphology of the coating.
