采用正交实验研究了稀土盐硝酸铈钝化镀锌钢板的最佳工艺,结合醋酸铅点滴实验和扫描电镜分析研究了硝酸铈和双氧水对成膜的影响,并采用极化曲线测试对钝化前后的耐蚀性进行了比较。结果发现,在成膜过程中双氧水浓度对成膜的影响最大,其次是硝酸铈浓度,其最佳成膜条件为双氧水浓度为20mL/L,硝酸铈浓度为25g/L。极化曲线测试结果显示稀土钝化膜既阻滞了阳极反应也阻滞了阴极反应,从而显著提高了镀锌板的耐蚀性。
The optimum technology of rare earth salt cerium nitrate passivation galvanized steel was studied by orthogonal experiment. The influence of cerium nitrate and hydrogen peroxide on the film formation was studied by the combination of lead acetate drip experiment and scanning electron microscope analysis. The corrosion resistance was compared. The results showed that the hydrogen peroxide concentration had the greatest effect on the film formation during the film formation, followed by the cerium nitrate concentration. The optimal film formation conditions were hydrogen peroxide concentration of 20 mL / L and cerium nitrate concentration of 25 g / L. Polarization curve test results show that the rare earth passive film not only blocks the anode reaction but also blocks the cathode reaction, thereby significantly improving the corrosion resistance of the galvanized sheet.
