本报告将呈现2012年2月底3月初期间我们在中国内地8座二、三线城市对30家房地产商所做调查问卷和研讨的结果。城市包括成都、武汉、南京、杭州、西安、石家庄、中山和肇庆。从调查结果看,房地产建设活动大体保持平稳,短期内建设前景稳定。开发商的拿地意愿降低,土地流拍个案增多,开发商之间土地转让增加,地价已回落。
This report presents the results of surveys and seminars conducted by 30 real estate developers in 8 second and third tier cities in Mainland China during the period from the end of February to the beginning of March 2012. Cities include Chengdu, Wuhan, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Xi’an, Shijiazhuang, Zhongshan and Zhaoqing. According to the survey results, the real estate construction activities have generally remained stable with a stable outlook in the short term. The willingness of developers to reduce their land use, the number of cases of land raging increased, the land transfer between developers increased, land prices have dropped.
