目的 :探讨高强度超声 (HIU,声强 5 0 W/ cm2 )治疗兔子宫内膜 VX2 肿瘤对卵巢功能的影响。方法 :将 2 0只新西兰大白兔随机分为两组 ,HIU治疗组 (n=10 ) ,对照组 (n=10 ) ,比较两组兔的卵巢重量及卵泡发育情况 ,同时对 HIU治疗前后动情周期及治疗侧与对侧卵巢重量及卵泡发育情况进行比较。结果 :HIU组与对照组的卵泡发育情况及卵巢重量无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :声强 5 0 W/ cm2 的 HIU治疗兔子宫内膜移植性肿瘤没有引起卵巢功能早衰。
Objective: To investigate the effect of high intensity ultrasound (HIU, sound intensity 50 W / cm2) on ovarian function in rabbit endometrial VX2 tumors. Methods: Twenty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: HIU treatment group (n = 10) and control group (n = 10). The ovarian weight and follicular development of rabbits in two groups were compared, Cycle and treatment side and contralateral ovary weight and follicular development were compared. Results: There was no significant difference in follicular development and ovarian weight between HIU group and control group (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: HIU treatment of rabbit endometrial transplanted tumors with a sound intensity of 50 W / cm2 did not cause premature ovarian failure.
