近年来，民营经济以其产权关系明晰．风险自我承担．彻底面向市场．政企绝对分开等特点，被愈来愈多的县域经济理论工作者．众多县（市）的决策者，甚至是普通老百姓所认同，加快县域经济民营化进程已成为当今县（市）经济发展的一大趋势。那么在推动民营经济的发展过程中，县（市）党委．政府应做好哪些工作呢？有四个方面的机遇必须抢抓：
