数字资源聚合是一个复杂的过程,所涉及的要素众多。在资源聚合的各个环节中由于方法、技术等原因均会存在一定的误差,这些误差最后都累积并反映在聚合结果中,当资源聚合误差积累到一定程度时,会对个性化服务产生一定的影响。利用文献调研法、演绎归纳法和误差理论等方法对数字资源聚合的误差概念、误差来源、误差类别以及误差对聚合结果的作用机理进行分析,提出了以“目的—过程—方法—结果”为路径的个性化服务模型,以资源聚合要素误差控制为视角,对个性化服务影响因素之间的啮合进行了研究。结果表明数字资源聚合的各个环节产生的误差都会对个性化服务产生影响,只有将资源聚合的积累误差控制在一定的阈值内,才能更好地为用户提供个性化服务。
Digital resource aggregation is a complex process involving many elements. In all aspects of resource aggregation, there are some errors due to methods, technologies and so on. These errors accumulate and are finally reflected in the aggregation result. When the error of resource aggregation accumulates to a certain extent, it will produce a certain amount of personalized services influences. This paper analyzes the concept of error, the source of error, the type of error and the mechanism of error on the aggregation result by means of literature research method, deductive induction method and error theory, and puts forward the method of “purpose - process - method - result ”As the path of personalized service model, the resource aggregation element error control perspective, personalized service interaction between the factors were studied. The results show that the errors generated in all aspects of digital resource aggregation will affect the personalized service. Only when the accumulated error of resource aggregation is controlled within a certain threshold can the personalized service be better provided to users.
