事业单位工资分配制度改革是我国新一轮收入分配改革的重要内容,积极稳妥地推进这项改革,是加快社会事业全面发展的迫切要求,也是构建和谐社会目标的内在要求。建立符合事业单位特点、体现岗位绩效和分级分类管理的收入分配制度,健全宏观调控机制,搞活内部分配是事业单位工资分配制度改革的目标。
The reform of the wage distribution system in public institutions is an important part of the new round of income distribution reform in our country. To promote this reform actively and steadily is an urgent requirement to speed up the all-round development of social undertakings and an inherent requirement of building a harmonious society. Establishing a system of income distribution that is in line with the characteristics of institutions, reflecting the performance of posts and the management of grading and classification, and improving the macro-control mechanism and invigorating the internal distribution are the objectives of the reform of the wage distribution system in public institutions.
