本实验选择在北疆富蕴县牧民定居村进行,对引种生产饲料玉米和全株玉米的青贮调制技术进行试验示范。本试验选用康地5 066饲料玉米品种,在5月上旬地膜覆盖播种。饲料玉米全株为原料,分别调制复合菌添加、青贮专用乳酸杆菌添加和无添加青贮,在室温下保存2个月后打开用于对添加不同菌剂对青贮发酵品质和营养成分的影响的研究。结果表明:选定的6户牧民的饲料玉米平均鲜草产量为64 378 kg/ha,最高达到78 010 kg/ha。复合菌或乳酸杆菌添加青贮的PH显著低于无添加对照青贮(P<0.01),并显著增加了青贮的粗蛋白含量,降低了纤维素含量。
This experiment was conducted in Fuyun County, Xinjiang herdsmen settled village, the introduction of the production of feed corn and whole plant corn silage modulation technology demonstration. In this experiment, Kangda 5 066 feed corn varieties were selected and mulched in early May. Forage maize whole plant as raw material, respectively, the composite compound bacteria added, lactic acid bacteria for the exclusive use of lactic acid bacteria added and without adding silage, stored at room temperature for 2 months after the open for the addition of different agents on silage fermentation quality and nutritional content of the study . The results showed that the average fresh grass yield of feed maize was 64 378 kg / ha and the highest was 78 010 kg / ha for the selected six herders. The pH of composite silage or Lactobacillus added silage was significantly lower than that of silage without added control (P <0.01), and significantly increased the crude protein content of silage and decreased the content of cellulose.
