铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa,PA)是一种广泛存在于自然界的革兰阴性杆菌。在具有肺部基础疾病的患者体内,PA可以形成生物膜干预宿主的免疫反应,从而逃避宿主的免疫攻击,并对肺组织造成免疫损伤。群体感应(quorum sensing,QS)系统对于PA在宿主体内发挥免疫干预作用具有重要意义,PA可以利用QS系统协调大量的基因表达以帮助菌群适应多种恶劣环境,其中Las系统是首先被发现的QS系统。我们综述了近年来Las系统在宿主体内免疫干预作用方面的研究进展,以及相关QS抑制剂的研发情况。
Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) is a Gram-negative bacillus widely found in nature. In patients with underlying lung diseases, PA can form biofilms that interfere with the immune response of the host, evade the host’s immune attack and cause immune damage to the lung tissue. The quorum sensing (QS) system plays an important role in the immune-inactivation of PA in the host. PA can coordinate a large number of gene expression with the QS system to help the microbe adapt to many harsh environments. Among them, the Las system was first discovered QS system. In this review, we review the research progress of Las system in host immune response in recent years and the development of related QS inhibitors.
