一、一种认识上的误区所引发的思考在中国即将加入WTO的当下,人们思考的较多的是金融、国企、商业网络和经济管理部门的改革,就影视而言,人们想的较多的也是电影的不景气,电影市场的占有份额,以及电影的本土化与国际化的关系问题。这种思考和关怀,当然无可厚非。然而,影视圈内有一种较为普遍的看法是,随着中国加入WTO,外国电影大举登陆中国文化市场是大势所趋,以“好莱坞”为代表的西方电影工业对中国电影业的影响正日趋加剧,所以必须从剧本、导演、拍摄、制作到宣传、营销等各方面采取积极的应对措施。而广播电视是党的“喉舌”,电视的制作、策划、播出都是被主流意识形态所牢牢控制着的,即使中国加入了WTO,电视媒体的命脉仍将始终掌握在我们自己手中,电视是我们必须坚守的宣传阵地。在中国,经政府批准建立的电视台就有3000多家,
