[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法研究了八宝景天叶乙醇提取物对9种植物病原真菌的抑制作用,同时采用菌丝生长速率和孢子萌发2种方法测定其对玉米弯孢病菌的抑菌活性。[结果]在质量浓度为200 g/L时,对9种植物病原真菌均有一定的抑制作用,且抑制率均达75%以上,其中对玉米弯孢病菌的抑制作用最强,抑制率为82.27%,对其孢子萌发的抑菌活性高于对其菌丝生长的抑菌活性,EC50值分别为74.18、66.53 g/L。[结论]八宝景天叶有着良好的抑菌效果,具有很好的开发价值。
[Method] The mycelial growth rate method was used to study the inhibitory effect of ethanol extract from Caragana microphylla on nine kinds of plant pathogenic fungi. The mycelial growth rate and spore germination were used to determine the inhibitory effect of ethanol extracts on Curvularia lunata Bacteria activity. [Result] At the concentration of 200 g / L, all of the nine plant pathogenic fungi had a certain inhibitory effect, and the inhibition rate reached more than 75%, of which the strongest inhibitory effect on Curvularia lunata, the inhibition rate was 82.27%. The antibacterial activity against spore germination was higher than that against mycelial growth with EC50 values of 74.18 and 66.53 g / L, respectively. [Conclusion] Babcock Sedum leaf has good antibacterial effect and has good development value.
