肾缺血可造成肾损伤,再灌注可加重损伤。应用参附、柴胡注射液在大鼠肾缺血再灌注模型上,观察其对缺血再灌注损伤的影响。结果显示参附、柴胡注射液可减轻缺血再灌注引起的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性降低,抑制脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的生成。并能减轻缺血再灌注引起的肾组织的损伤。表明参附、柴胡注射液具有抗脂质过氧化作用,对缺血再灌注肾有保护作用。
Renal ischemia can cause kidney damage, and reperfusion can aggravate the injury. The effects of Shenfu and Bupleurum injection on rat renal ischemia reperfusion model were observed and their effects on ischemia-reperfusion injury were observed. The results showed that Shenfu and Bupleurum injection could reduce the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) induced by ischemia-reperfusion and inhibit the production of malondialdehyde (MDA). And can reduce the damage of renal tissue caused by ischemia and reperfusion. The results showed that Shenfu and Bupleurum injection had anti-lipid peroxidation and had protective effect on ischemia-reperfusion kidney.
