目的探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断仪诊断乳腺癌的意义。方法选取从2010年6月至2012年2月内我院B超室检查确诊的26例乳腺癌患者,观察病变部位,大小,边界,内回声,瘤体侵润情况及CDFI的改变。结果肿瘤发生在外上象限的21例,发生在其他部位的5例。肿瘤直径50mm以上者19例,50mm以下者7例。侵润到筋膜的21例。腋窝淋巴结可见及肿大的17例。结论彩色多普勒超声检查是一种无损伤,无痛苦,无电力辐射的影像技术。早期诊断及治疗是治愈乳腺癌的关键。目前超声,钼钯,MRI,红外线等影像学检查方法。彩色多普勒超声诊断仪是早期诊断乳腺癌的主要检查手段之一。
Objective To explore the significance of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods Twenty-six breast cancer patients diagnosed in the B-mode room of our hospital from June 2010 to February 2012 were enrolled. Changes in lesion location, size, border, internal echo, tumor invasion, and CDFI were observed. Results Tumors occurred in 21 cases in the outer quadrant and 5 cases in other locations. There were 19 cases with a tumor diameter of 50 mm or more and 7 cases with a diameter of 50 mm or less. Invasion to the fascia in 21 cases. Axillary lymph nodes were seen and enlarged in 17 cases. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is a non-invasive, painless, non-electrical radiation imaging technology. Early diagnosis and treatment are the key to cure breast cancer. At present ultrasound, molybdenum palladium, MRI, infrared and other imaging examination methods. Color Doppler ultrasound is one of the main inspection methods for early diagnosis of breast cancer.
