目的了解不同年龄住院患者饮食行为,为今后对住院患者进行营养宣传教育、营养指导及营养治疗提供依据。方法将208名住院患者按年龄分为≤44岁组、45~59岁组,≥60岁组共3组进行问卷调查,比较3组的膳食摄入情况,并分别与平衡膳食宝塔建议量比较,采用SPSS11.5进行统计学处理。结果不同年龄住院患者存在不同的饮食行为,女性≥60岁患者较为注重自我保健,平时喜好清淡饮食,女性≤44岁患者较爱吃零食,男性45~59岁患者晚餐吃得较丰盛,各组住院患者水果、鱼虾类和奶类摄入量不足的比例较大。蔬菜、禽畜肉类和谷类薯类摄入量不足的比例较小。结论不同年龄住院患者饮食行为习惯存在较大差异,存在许多不合理的方面,需要给予正确指导。
Objective To understand the dietary behaviors of hospitalized patients of different ages and to provide evidences for nutrition publicity and education, nutritional guidance and nutritional treatment of inpatients in the future. Methods A total of 208 hospitalized patients were divided into three groups according to age, ≤44 years old, 45 ~ 59 years old, ≥60 years old. Questionnaires were compared among the three groups, and compared with the recommended dietary pagoda , Using SPSS11.5 for statistical analysis. Results There were different dietary behaviors in hospitalized patients of different ages. Female patients ≥60 years of age were more concerned with self-care, usually prefer light diet, female ≤44 years of age patients prefer to eat snacks, men 45 to 59 years of age dinner to eat more abundant, Hospitalized patients fruit, fish and shrimp and dairy intake of a larger proportion of the lack of. Vegetable, poultry meat and cereals are under-consumed in a small proportion. Conclusion There are big differences in eating habits among hospitalized patients of different ages. There are many unreasonable aspects and need to be given proper guidance.
