目的探讨羟喜树碱(HCPT)联合顺铂(DDP)对晚期肝癌所致恶性腹腔积液的疗效。方法腹腔穿刺抽出腹腔积液,然后腹腔内注射羟喜树碱(HCPT)20～30mg,顺铂(DDP)80mg,同时静脉输注清蛋白,每周1次,共2周。结果全组41例,完全缓解(CR)6例,部分缓解(PR)25例,总有效率为75.6%,毒副作用轻微。结论HCPT联合DDP腹腔内灌注治疗晚期肝癌腹腔积液疗效确切,生活质量明显提高。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of hydroxycamptothecin (HCPT) combined with cisplatin (DDP) in the treatment of malignant ascites caused by advanced liver cancer. Methods Peritoneal puncture was used to pull out the ascitic fluid. HCPT (20-30 mg) and cisplatin (80 mg) were injected intraperitoneally. Meanwhile, albumin was infused intravenously once a week for 2 weeks. Results The whole group consisted of 41 patients with complete remission (CR) in 6 cases, partial remission (PR) in 25 cases and total effective rate of 75.6% with mild toxicities and side effects. Conclusion HCPT combined with intraperitoneal perfusion of DDP in the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma is effective and the quality of life is significantly improved.
