病例资料患者,男,53岁。因咳嗽、胸闷、活动后喘气1年余,加重1个月入院。查体:左中下肺野呼吸音消失,叩诊呈实音。CT示左侧胸腔中下部巨大软组织肿块,境界清楚,表面光滑,大小17.0cm×13.0cm×15.0cm,密度欠均匀,CT约56HU,其内可见裂隙状、斑片状低密度影(图1);肿块上界达气管分 Case information patient, male, 53 years old.
