采用低温冷启动模拟器和高温高剪切仪对乙烯丙烯共聚物 (OCP)粘度指数改进剂的高低温流变性能进行了测试 .结果表明 :随着粘度指数改进剂的分子量增加 ,润滑油的冷启动模拟 (CCS)粘度和高温高剪切 (HTHS)粘度均增加 ,增粘性能改善 ;而随着分子量分布变窄和高分子链中乙基序列的增加 ,HTHS粘度增加 ,增粘能力上升 ,CCS粘度稍有下降 .同时从高分子的立体化学结构着手分析了其结构与性能的关系
The low and high temperature rheological properties of the viscosity improvers of ethylene propylene copolymer (OCP) were tested by using low temperature cold start simulator and high temperature high shear device.The results showed that with the increase of molecular weight of the viscosity index improver, The viscosity of CCS and HTHS increased with the increase of viscosity, and the viscosity of HTHS increased with the narrowing of molecular weight and the increase of ethyl group in the polymer chains , The viscosity of CCS decreased slightly.At the same time, the relationship between structure and properties was analyzed from the stereochemistry of macromolecule
