论述了长庆油田固井过程中存在的主要生产难题—水泥返高不足和注水泥井段胶结质量不理想;分析了影响固井质量的主要因素—水泥浆体系质量较差、井漏、长裸眼井段顶替效率不高、水泥浆凝结过程中油气水侵;提出了提高全井封固质量的技术对策、提高天然气井注水泥质量的主要工艺技术以及套管防腐技术。这套技术大幅度提高了低温易漏井段和油气水活跃产层的注水泥质量,并取得了显著的经济效益。
The main production problems in cementing process of Changqing Oilfield are discussed. The cement back-up is insufficient and the cementation quality in the injection well section is not ideal. The main factors affecting the cementing quality are analyzed. The cement slurry system has poor quality, The replacement efficiency of open-hole section is not high, and oil-gas water intrusion during the setting of cement slurry. The technical measures to improve the sealing quality of the whole well, the main technology to improve the quality of cement injected into the well and the anti-corrosion technology of casing are proposed. This technology greatly improves the quality of injection cement in low-temperature easy-leaking intervals and active zones for oil-gas-water production, and has achieved remarkable economic benefits.
