介绍了时标网络计划在聊城（北）编组站施工中的应用。对施工进度三级时标网络计划体系的建立、运行实施中的各个环节进行了较为详尽的说明；并在工期、质量、成本同步控制方面进行了有益探讨；对实施结果进行了分析评价；最后，提出实践中的体会及对今后类似大型工程项目进度管理的建议。
