通过对铁路货车轮对配合部位的宏观接触应力状态进行研究,分析了过盈量、摩擦系数、形状误差对装配应力的影响。结果对于确定合理过盈量和改进加工工艺具有参考意义。
Through the research on the macro contact stress state of the railway wagon wheel mating parts, the influence of the interference, the friction coefficient and the shape error on the assembly stress is analyzed. The results for the determination of a reasonable amount of interference and improve the processing technology has reference.
