建筑地基主要有天然地基和人工地基,天然地基是在自然状态下即可满足承担基础全部荷载要求,不需要人工处理的地基。人工地基是指其承载力不能承受基础传递的全部荷载,需经人工处理后作为地基的土体。如果地基基础工程没有处理好,一旦发生地裂等事故就容易造成灾难性后果,基于此,本文分析了建筑地基基础工程建设存在的主要问题,对建筑地基基础工程施工的处理技术及其处理方案进行了分析。
