目的：观察并探讨风险管理在手术室护理管理中的临床应用效果。方法：选取 2018 年 1 月——2019 年 6 月期间来我院进行手术的患者 118 例，随机将患者分为实验组与对照组，人数均为 59 例，在护理工作中分别实施风险管理与常规管理，对两组患者的护理满意度、患者投诉情况、风险事件发生情况进行对比。结果：实验组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组，患者投诉率、风险事件发生率显著低于对照组，P＜0.05，组间差异具有统计学意义。结论：在手术室护理管理中应用风险管理手段具有显著效果，能够减少护理中的风险事件，降低患者投诉率，改善患者预后并增强患者生存质量，值得推广。“,”objective：to observe and discuss the clinical effect of risk management in operating room nursing management.
