灵芝具有多方面的药理作用和临床用途,因为天然灵芝产量有限,不能满足临床和科研需要,有些单位用人工栽培和发酵法生产灵芝。深层发酵法生产的薄盖灵芝(Ganderma capense)菌丝体的药理作用已有报道,并已应用于某些疾病的治疗。但是,在生产中,菌丝体的产量较低,而发酵液却是大量的,这些发酵液有无药理活性,能否利用,是一个有实际意义的问题。根据薄盖灵芝菌丝体对神经系统的作用及保肝解毒作用,我们对薄盖灵芝发酵液进行了以下实验,以便为生产和临床综合利用发酵液提供药理学依据。
Ganoderma lucidum has many aspects of pharmacological effects and clinical applications, because natural Ganoderma lucidum production is limited, can not meet the clinical and scientific research needs, some units use artificial cultivation and fermentation method to produce Ganoderma lucidum. The pharmacological effects of Ganderma capense mycelium produced by deep fermentation methods have been reported and have been applied to the treatment of certain diseases. However, in the production, the yield of mycelia is relatively low, but the fermentation broth is large. Whether these broths have pharmacological activity and whether they can be utilized is a practical problem. According to the action of the Ganoderma lucidum mycelia on the nervous system and its hepatoprotective and detoxifying effects, we conducted the following experiments on Ganoderma lucidum fermentation broth to provide pharmacological basis for production and clinical comprehensive utilization of fermentation broth.
