为了探讨线粒体在胎儿输卵管上皮细胞发育中的变化特征,应用体视学方法检测了胎龄16~36周胎儿输卵管上皮细胞线粒体的体密度、数密度、平均体积、表面积密度、表面积体积比、平均表面积。结果显示,胎龄20周前,峡部上皮细胞线粒体的体密度与30周后的近似(P>005),即大于20~29周的(P<005),20周前峡部线粒体平均体积和平均表面积均较大,而30周后数密度和表面积密度较大。壶腹部上皮细胞线粒体体密度、平均体积、数密度在30周前不同孕期间较接近(P>005),30周后出现明显改变。伞部线粒体体密度、数密度在20~29周期间增大(P<005)。峡部和壶腹部线粒体体密度分别在20周前及30周前较大,伞部线粒体体密度仅在20~29周较大,上述结果表明线粒体占上皮细胞体积之比因部位和孕期而异,提示胎儿输卵管上皮细胞发育的部位差异和阶段性
