一、前言三十烷醇(Triacontanol)是一个有三十个碳原子的直链伯醇。1977年美国里斯(Ries)博士首次报道该物质在极低浓度下对植物生长具有调节活性,从而引起了人们广泛兴趣。但迄今许多研究表明:在实验室或温室的可控条件下,三十烷醇对多种植物的生理活性、效果不稳定;应用于大田试验上增产效果亦是这样。因此,三十烷醇对植物具有生理活性和提高作物产量的效果,还没有被试验普遍证明。我国1978年开始三十烷醇的提取、合成、生理效应及增产效应方面的研究。有许多报道三十烷醇可使多种作物增产,有的地区已作为一项农业增产措施大力推广应用,有的甚至相信三十烷
I. Introduction Triacontanol is a linear primary alcohol of thirty carbon atoms. In 1977, Dr. Ries first reported widespread interest in the regulation of plant growth at extremely low concentrations. However, so far, many studies have shown that under the controllable conditions of laboratory or greenhouse, the physiological activity of triacontanol on a variety of plants is not stable.
