纤维体积含量是决定纤维增强复合材料各项力学性能的一个重要参数.本文通过理论分析和实验,就纤维体积含量与聚酰胺6(锦纶)帘线/天然橡胶复合材料的拉伸强度、拉伸模量的关系进行了研究,得到了纤维体积含量的理论下界极限和上界极限以及许用的上界权限.实验结果提供了有关参数和影响因素,这将对聚酰胺6帘线/天然橡胶复合材料的细观力学设计提供依据.
Fiber volume content is to determine the mechanical properties of fiber-reinforced composites an important parameter. Through the theoretical analysis and experiments, the relationship between the fiber volume content and the tensile strength and tensile modulus of polyamide 6 (nylon) cord / natural rubber composites was studied in this paper. The theoretical lower limit of the fiber volume content and Upper bound limit and upper bound permission. The experimental results provide relevant parameters and factors that will provide a basis for the micromechanical design of polyamide 6 cord / natural rubber composites.
