现今对冷轧带材厚度精度的要求越来越高,为此有必要在可逆冷轧机上设计一个厚度自动控制系统以便有效地解析轧制动态特性。可逆冷轧机的主控变量是轧辊压下位置和卷取机电机电流,其被控变量是出口厚度和入口张力。可逆冷轧机模拟模型已开发出来,它可显示主控变量与被控变量之间的关系。计算结果同实机上测得的结果十分吻合。模型解析的动态特性如下:厚度控制动态特性取决于卷取电机电流控制而同轧辊压下位置控制关系不大,且出口厚度同入口张力之间的相互作用不可忽视。
Nowadays, the requirements for the thickness accuracy of cold-rolled strip are getting higher and higher. Therefore, it is necessary to design a thickness automatic control system on the reversing cold rolling mill in order to effectively analyze the rolling dynamic characteristics. The main control variables of the reversing cold rolling mill are the roll reduction position and the winder motor current. The controlled variables are the outlet thickness and inlet tension. A reversible cold rolling mill simulation model has been developed that shows the relationship between a master variable and a controlled variable. The calculation results are in good agreement with the real machine results. The dynamic characteristics of the model analysis are as follows: The dynamic characteristics of the thickness control depends on the current control of the winding motor and has little to do with the control of the roll reduction position, and the interaction between the outlet thickness and the inlet tension can not be neglected.
