建立了在同一色谱条件下测定混剂中吡虫啉和噻嗪酮含量的方法。采用150mm×4.6mm(i.d.)XDB-C18柱分离,以甲醇-乙腈-水(体积比60∶10∶30)为流动相,在250nm检测波长下,以保留时间定性确证,峰面积外标法进行定量分析。结果表明:吡虫啉和噻嗪酮的线性相关系数分别为0.997和0.994;变异系数分别为1.24%和3.06%;平均回收率分别为98.45%和97.52%。
A method was established for the determination of imidacloprid and buprofezin in the mixture under the same chromatographic conditions. The column was separated on a 150 mm × 4.6 mm (id) XDB-C18 column using methanol-acetonitrile-water (60:10:30) as mobile phase at 250 nm detection wavelength. Quantitative analysis. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of imidacloprid and buprofezin were 0.997 and 0.994 respectively; the coefficients of variation were 1.24% and 3.06% respectively; the average recoveries were 98.45% and 97.52% respectively.
