为了研究磷酸二酯酶(PDE)7B在套细胞淋巴瘤(MCL)患者中的表达及临床意义,应用实时定量PCR(QPCR)技术检测20例初治的有骨髓侵犯MCL患者骨髓和20例正常人外周血单个核细胞中pde7b的表达水平,并分析其与MCL临床预后指标的关系。结果表明:20例MCL患者pde7b表达水平中位数为8.7×10-4(4×10-5-6.9×10-3),明显高于正常人群0.5×10-4(0.18×10-4-1.7×10-4)(p=0.001);pde7b与性别、年龄、白细胞计数、乳酸脱氢酶水平、CD38表达和免疫球蛋白重链基因突变均无明显相关,而与细胞遗传学、β2微球蛋白、ZAP-70表达有明显相关。结论:pde7b基因在MCL中表达明显高于正常人群,并与细胞遗传学关系密切,可能成为MCL新的预后指标,具有重要的临床意义。
In order to investigate the expression and clinical significance of phosphodiesterase (PDE) 7B in mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), real-time quantitative PCR (QPCR) was used to detect the bone marrow of 20 newly diagnosed MCL patients and 20 normal The expression of pde7b in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells and its relationship with clinical prognosis of MCL were analyzed. The results showed that the median of pde7b expression in 20 patients with MCL was 8.7 × 10-4 (4 × 10-5-6.9 × 10-3), which was significantly higher than that of the normal population (0.5 × 10-4 (0.18 × 10-4- 1.7 × 10-4) (p = 0.001). There was no significant correlation between pde7b and gender, age, white blood cell count, lactate dehydrogenase level, CD38 expression and immunoglobulin heavy chain gene mutation. Globulin, ZAP-70 expression was significantly correlated. CONCLUSION: The expression of pde7b gene in MCL is significantly higher than that in normal people and is closely related to cytogenetics. It may be a new prognostic indicator of MCL and has important clinical significance.
