通过优化煤砂双层滤料级配和滤层厚度,对比了在不同滤速条件下三种煤砂滤池的出水浊度、颗粒数及水头损失变化。结果表明,采用美国规范规定级配的煤砂滤池过滤性能最好,国内规范规定级配的煤砂滤池过滤性能次之,砂层有效粒径为0.6mm的滤池性能最差。减小砂层的有效粒径能够在保证出水水质的条件下延长滤池的过滤周期。当砂层的有效粒径减小到0.5mm时,煤砂滤池能够在较高的滤速条件下获得良好的过滤性能,提高滤池的产水量,对滤池的生产运行具有指导意义。
By optimizing the gradation of coal sand double layer filter and the thickness of filter layer, the turbidity, particle number and head loss of three kinds of coal sand filter under different filtration speed were compared. The results show that the coal sand filter with the grading of the United States Code has the best filtration performance, followed by the domestic regulation of grading coal ash filter, followed by the filter with the effective sand diameter of 0.6mm. Reduce the effective particle size of the sand layer can prolong the filtration period of the filter under the condition of ensuring the effluent quality. When the effective sand particle size is reduced to 0.5mm, the coal sand filter can obtain good filtration performance under higher filtration speed and increase the water production capacity of the filter, which is instructive for the production and operation of the filter.
