简要介绍了兰新线风沙大、海拔高、温差大、限坡大的四大特点及其对机车性能的特殊要求 ,详细阐述了针对这些特点进行的东风11型机车设计改进 ,并简要介绍了其高原性能试验、牵引运行试验和实际运用情况。 This paper briefly introduces the four major characteristics of Lan-Xin Line’s large sand-wind, high elevation, large temperature difference and large slope-limit, as well as its special requirements on locomotive performance. The design and improvement of Dongfeng-11 locomotive designed for these characteristics are described in detail. Its plateau performance test, traction operation test and practical application.
