目的:测定绞股蓝叶和芽中的Fe、Cu、Mn金属元素的含量。方法:采用湿法消解溶样,用火焰原子吸收法测定绞股蓝叶和芽中的3种微量元素的含量。结果:绞股蓝叶和芽富含Fe、Mn,而Cu相对较少,叶中的Fe、Mn两种元素都大于芽中的含量,而Cu的含量却是芽大于叶,但叶和芽中的Fe、Mn、Cu的含量都为:Fe>Mn>Cu。结论:方法回收率在98%~105%之间,准确可靠,分析速度快,可为绞股蓝的进一步开放提供参考。
Objective: To determine the contents of Fe, Cu and Mn in Gynura divaricata leaves and buds. Methods: Dissolution was performed by wet digestion, and the contents of three trace elements in leaves and buds of Gynostemma were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: The leaves and buds of Gynostemma pentaphyllum were rich in Fe, Mn and relatively few in Cu. The contents of Fe and Mn in leaves were greater than those in buds, while the contents of Cu were larger than those in leaves. However, Fe, Mn, The content of Cu is: Fe> Mn> Cu. Conclusion: The recovery rate of the method is between 98% and 105%. The method is accurate and reliable and the analysis speed is fast. It can provide a reference for the further opening of Gynostemma pentaphyllum.
