目的了解山东东阿县淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂抗性的发展趋势,为科学合理地使用化学杀虫剂提供科学依据。方法采用WHO推荐的生物测定方法,测定了淡色库蚊敏感品系和现场种群对4种常用杀虫剂的抗性倍数。结果山东东阿县淡色库蚊对双硫磷抗性倍数为4.61,溴氰菊酯为3.29,均为低抗;氯菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯分别为0.16和1.23,均为敏感。结论东阿县淡色库蚊对常用化学杀虫剂的抗性发展趋缓,但仍需采取适当的应对措施延缓抗性。
Objective To understand the trend of resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to common insecticides in Dong’e County of Shandong Province and provide a scientific basis for the scientific and rational use of chemical insecticides. Methods The bioassay method recommended by the WHO was used to determine the resistance multiples of Culex pipiens pallens susceptible strains and field populations to four commonly used insecticides. Results The resistance to diphtheria in Culex pipiens pallens from Dong’e County of Shandong Province was 4.61 and that of deltamethrin was 3.29, both of which were low resistance. Permethrin and beta-cypermethrin were 0.16 and 1.23, respectively, which were sensitive. Conclusion The resistance development of Culex pipiens pallens to common chemical insecticides in Dong’e County slowed down. However, appropriate countermeasures should be taken to delay the resistance.
