饮食护理指导方案对额叶胶质瘤患者术后营养指标与功能康复的良性影响

目的探讨饮食护理指导方案对额叶胶质瘤患者术后营养指标与功能康复的良性影响,为额叶胶质瘤患者术后康复提供积极指导。方法选取2012年1月—2015年1月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第四临床医院接受手术治疗的额叶胶质瘤患者96例,按照随机数表法分为试验组和对照组,各48例,其中对照组为额叶胶质瘤术后接受基础护理的患者,试验组为在饮食上接受专门指导方案护理的患者,分别在饮食干预前和干预后3个月比较2组患者营养指标包括体质量指数(BMI)、红细胞与血红蛋白计数的差异,同时比较2组患者功能康复的差异。结果试验组患者干预前后血红蛋白、红细胞、BMI指数3个指标比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组患者血红蛋白、红细胞、BMI指标分别为(138.63±14.26)g/L、(3.52±0.34)×10~(12)/L和(25.86±4.17)kg/m~2,对照组患者饮食护理干预后3个月血红蛋白、红细胞、BMI指标分别为(120.53±14.39)g/L、(3.19±0.18)×1012/L和(18.72±4.22)kg/m~2,2组患者血红蛋白、红细胞、BMI指数干预后3个月相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者功能康复状况比较结果显示,试验组患者功能康复为优、良、一般、无效的例数分别为37例、4例、6例、1例,对照组分别为21例、9例、10例、8例,2组患者功能康复程度对应比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组优良率为85.42%,对照组为62.50%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论饮食护理指导方案有利于额叶胶质瘤患者术后营养指标包括血红蛋白、红细胞计数、BMI指数的提高,同时有利于患者身体功能的康复。 Objective To investigate the effects of dietary guidelines on postoperative nutritional status and functional rehabilitation in patients with frontal lobe glioma and to provide active guidance for postoperative recovery in patients with frontal lobe glioma. Methods From January 2012 to January 2015, 96 patients with frontal lobe glioma undergoing surgical treatment at the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received postoperative basic care of frontal lobe glioma. The patients in the experimental group were patients who received special guidance program nursing during the diet. The nutritional indexes of the patients in the two groups before and after 3 months of intervention were compared, including body Quality index (BMI), erythrocyte and hemoglobin count differences, while the difference between the two groups functional rehabilitation. Results The hemoglobin, erythrocyte and BMI before and after intervention in the test group were significantly different (P <0.05). The hemoglobin, erythrocyte and BMI in the test group were (138.63 ± 14.26) g / L and (3.52 ± 0.34) × 10 ~ (12) / L and (25.86 ± 4.17) kg / m ~ 2 respectively. The hemoglobin, erythrocyte and BMI in the control group were (120.53 ± 14.39) g / 3.19 ± 0.18) × 1012 / L and (18.72 ± 4.22) kg / m ~ 2, respectively. There was a significant difference in hemoglobin, erythrocyte and BMI index between the two groups at 3 months after intervention (P <0.05) The comparison of functional rehabilitation showed that functional rehabilitation was excellent, good, fair and ineffective in 37 cases, 4 cases, 6 cases and 1 case respectively in control group, 21 cases in control group, 9 cases in 10 cases, (P <0.05). The excellent and good rate was 85.42% in the test group and 62.50% in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05) . Conclusion The dietary nursing guidance scheme is conducive to the postoperative nutritional parameters of hemoglobin, red blood cell count and BMI index in patients with frontal lobe glioma, and is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients with physical function.
