目的 :了解鸡内耳血管盖的超微结构 ,为其生理、病理学的研究提供资料。方法 :应用透射电镜对2 0只成年鸡血管盖的超微结构进行观察。结果 :血管盖由烧瓶状胞浆致密的暗细胞、漏斗状胞浆透亮的亮细胞、丰富的微血管等构成。暗细胞的内淋巴面布满大量微绒毛 ,侧、底缘胞浆膜高度内褶并与亮细胞的相应部分交错卷曲 ;亮细胞的内淋巴面可见散在的微绒毛。结论 :透射电镜下血管盖与血管纹的超微结构既相似又有区别
Objective: To understand the ultrastructure of the cap of the inner ear of chicken and provide information for the study of its physiology and pathology. Methods: The ultrastructure of 20 adult chickens was observed by transmission electron microscopy. Results: The vascular cap consisted of compact dark cells in the flask-like cytoplasm, bright cells in the funnel-like cytoplasm, and abundant microvessels. Dark endocrine cells covered with a large number of microvilli, side, bottom margin of the cytoplasm of the highly pleated folds and the corresponding part of the bright cells staggered curl; bright cells within the lymphatic surface scattered scattered microvilli. Conclusion: The ultrastructure of vascular cap and vascular pattern under transmission electron microscope are similar and different
